The goal is to take them daily and for a long duration. You can simply dilute the concentrated tincture in a glass of water. Or, you can take them straight, keep in mind they are potent and pack a flavourful punch.
Take 1 – 3 Full Droppers Daily. A full dropper is ~1 mL
No. You can take them at any point during the day. We prefer to take ours every morning.
Everyone is different. Virtually all clinical research on mushrooms is done with daily consumption and measured after 4-6 weeks to months after.
So please (at the least) wait to review the products after you have finished your first bottle, or even after future bottles.
