SHIPPING
Once your order is placed and payment received, we will endeavour to pack it within the next two business days.
Orders will then be sent out to your nominated postal address.
If you select “Local Pick Up”, you won’t be charged shipping. Orders can then be collected from our farm near Lismore. Email us after your order to arrange a time to pick up your order.

PRODUCT INFO
Our mushroom are freshly harvested organic mushrooms and extracts are made from fungi matter which is the key ingredient in all Mycofarm products. Our extracts have been been refined, without the use of chemicals, to remove fatty acids, peroxides, colour, taste and aroma.
Mycofarm natural key ingredients are sourced from Australian fungi farmers.
With just one natural fungi-based ingredient, our fresh mushrooms, extracts and dried fungi are suitable for Vegans.
Mycofarm products are NOT tested on animals.
Before using Mycofarm products, place a small amount in your mouth to test for any irritations or allergies. Stop use immediately if any irritations occur and seek medical advice if needed.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We love our range of foods and hope you will too. If you have any concerns with our products you will have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to return your fresh food products and for extracts 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used less than 25% of the product, we can offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 25% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Once we receive the returned goods we will exchange or refund the cost (depending on the condition /circumstances) within 7 business days.
