Mycofarm™ never compromises on the safety and quality of the produce we supply and is committed to effective implementation and continuous improvement of our Food Safety and Quality Management system and fostering a positive and proactive Food Safety and Quality culture.

Food Safety and Quality Management System

Mycofarm™ has implemented a Food Safety and Quality Management System, which is based on the systematic application of CODEX Alimentarius Commission HACCP principles, food safety and quality certification standards benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), federal, state and local government regulation, customer supplier requirements and industry best practice.

Continuous improvement of our practices, systems and solutions ensure that we remain at the forefront of Australian horticultural innovation and industry best practices.

Mycofarm™ farm sites are certified to a number of food safety and quality certification schemes that are applicable to the scope of their operation including:

• SQF Food Safety Code
• SQF Quality Code
• Global G.A.P Integrated Farm Assurance Standard (IFA)
• Global G.A.P QMS 
• Freshcare Food Safety & Quality Standard
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) & GMP certification criteria

Please advise if you require a copy of a quality assurance certificate for one of our sites.

Mycofarm™ is presently setting up international sites in Fiji and Europe and intends to meet regulatory and customer food safety and quality requirements for the country of production and country of sale.
